What is the swimwear made of?

Our swimwear is proudly crafted using ECONYL® an eco friendly yarn made with  regenerated fibres from pre and post-consumer nylon waste. These materials are derived from discarded fishing nets, which reduces the waste in our oceans, diverts waste from landfill and helps us do our part to protect the planet.
The fabrics are made using a blend of 78% Nylon + 22% Elastane

 

What payment methods does Lanikai the Label accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Afterpay.
All payments for items purchased through the www.lanikaithelabel.com will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.

What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

Please get in touch with us at customercare@lanikaithelabel.com
Include your name, order number, a description of the issue and pictures if item is damaged so we can get you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

How will I know which size will fit me best?

Our size guide serves a general guideline for helping you find your right size in Lanikai the Label swimwear. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our bikini experts. 
Please include your bust, waist, and hip measurements with your note and we’ll be glad to assist you.

 

The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

If there is an item that you’re after yet it is out of stock – Simply go to the product page, select the size you want, click “Notify me when product arrives” and enter your email. We will get in touch with you when the item becomes available again.


Where is the swimwear made?

Our swimwear is ethically made in Indonesia under fair & safe working conditions.

What makes you an ethical brand?

Our founder Claire regularly visits the factory and workers to ensure ethical standards are met.
All employees and their families receive medical insurance, paid 
well above the minimum wage - 13 months salary a year, with double salary during holiday breaks. 

Are your dyes Eco friendly?

Yes, we only use eco-friendly dyes.

  

How do I set up or view my account?

Simply click the icon found at the top right corner of the screen, where you'll be prompted to login or register.

 

What is your return policy?

We understand purchasing swimwear can be tricky.
We welcome you to exchange it for another size, colour, or style.
For sanitary reasons we ask that you try your swimwear over underwear before removing tags & hygienic sticker.

We will gladly accept the return of items for exchange or store credit, providing:

  • Garment is still in the original condition ie. unworn, unwashed, with tags and sanitary sticker attached.
  • Goods must be packaged inside original packaging.
  • Customer covers the cost of return and re-dispatchment.

For exchanges requests all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

All of our garments are handmade with care. To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are individually quality checked before being shipped, however in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving so we can start the return/exchange process.

How do I send a return?

1. Contact us at customercare@lanikaithelabel.com Include your order number, reason for return, the name the order was placed under and return address.

2. Once you have contacted us, we will email you a returns form to print and complete. Upon returning your garment, enclose the returns form with your unworn/unused swimwear. Be sure it is still intact with original tags, hygiene stickers and original packaging.

3. Send via a registered or trackable service within 14 days from the day the fault has been reported so we can inspect the damage.

4. Upon the return we will assess the fault. Lanikai the Label reserve the right to refuse, repair or replace your bikini. 

5. All returns granted will be reimbursed with a store credit to the value of your items where you can repurchase from our online store.

Who pays to ship returns?

For Exchanges, the return postage & re-dispatchment is the responsibility of our customers. In the unlikely chance that your garment is faulty, the postage costs are on us.

Will I have to pay any duties & taxes on top of my order?

You will be liable for all import duties & taxes. These will be due at the point , or after delivery. 
Please be aware that Lanikai the Label does not have any control for any duties, customs & taxes levied by the country that your order is being shipped to.
We cannot advise you what the cost will be  as these charges can vary according to the country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Lanikai the Label, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Can I change my order?

Should you wish to modify your order after your payment has been processed, please contact our customer care team immediately and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

We generally process orders as soon as we receive them. Once we dispatch your order, unfortunately we are unable to make changes.

 

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary based on your shipping address and country. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 1-2 business days.

Domestic orders within Australia are shipped via Australia post and can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days to arrive from date of dispatch. 

International orders are shipped via Australia post. Please allow  4 - 15 days business days from date of dispatch to receive your order.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! All domestic and international orders will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

How do I check on my order status?

Check your email and Lanikai account. Both will update you when your order is confirmed and when your swimwear has been dispatched.

 

My package is lost, what should I do?

Once your order has left our facilities, it is now under the care of Australia post.
Please get in touch with our customer care team, with your Name and Order Number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

How can I track my order?

Once payment has been made you will receive two emails to track your order:

  • Order confirmation
  • Order has been shipped

The email will include an encrypted link to tracking information.

How do I use a promo code or gift card?

To use a promo code or gift card:

1. Go to your cart and click the checkout button.

2. Once on reach the checkout page, on the right hand side of the page you will see the “Gift card or discount code” field.

3. Fill it in and then hit the apply button. 


What can I do if the promo code or gift card isn’t working?

Check that you have entered the code correctly. Try copying and pasting the code into the discount code section in checkout. Please check out at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.

Are Internships available at Lanikai the Label?

Absolutely! We welcome a select number of interns with the potential for part time & full time work. Our internship programs are available in several departments with a minimum commitment of 2 days a week for 12 weeks.
